how much time and action would it take for Congress/BHO to force college football into a playoff? Enough that it would really take that much away from more pressing matters?

Why involve Congress? Name me one thing that the Congress does right? IMO they'd screw up College Football worse than it is now. Keep the Congressional Clowns out of College Footballl!
