Lakers, the newton thing you said is ridiculous. By that logic seidel would have under 1000 at pc and newton would have over 2500 at mccort. Because mccorts o-line was undoubtedly better than Forest Hills's line.

Johnstown-Should be a decent but not great season. Williams is the real deal.

Richland- Could have some talent and a few good athletes, but I see a medicore season mainly due to Baileys inability to adjust to his talent. In other words, he is going to pass and pass more with out developing any kind of balanced running system (ie just give shotgun hand offs with poor play design)

Westmont-Should have some good linemen and more talent perhaps. I look for them to get close to 500

Forest Hills- Another good season, but not great season. Will be interesting to see how the new QB adjusts.

Bishop McCort- Definitely losing alot, I look for a few players to step up big time, but do not see any type of great season.

Tiger, you're thinking too simply. Seidel can make plays without clear running lanes.. And the FH line was just as good as McCort if not better. Just because McCort made it to the single A state championship doesn't mean they had a better line.

Say what you will now, but Nick D. will struggle without those lineman. People called me crazy last season when I said Newton wouldn't have nearly the year he had. People called me crazy when I said Seidel would be the best player in the conference last season. And people called me crazy when I said if FH plays Central they will avenge last season in win D6.. All of those happened with the exception of FH playing Central.. instead FH beat a team that beat Central. If you think #23 is going to put up anywhere near 1,800 yards behind Glacken, Ondreick, and a bunch of first year players you are crazy. Infact of Dudukovich rushes for 1,500 yards I'll never post on bleachercoaches again.. a pretty strong statement from a Ranger fan.

Seem like you spend more time putting down Nick and praising Scott Mehall than being a Ranger fan to me. Do us all a favor and get over comparing people, and putting down Nick D. Nick is a hard worker, he runs hard, and is a darn good back. With a guy like Jeffie Meier in front of him, he is still going to get yards. What about the fact that Unger is going to get better and cut into his yards, along with getting Meier the ball as well?

That fact is that there may never, and probably has never been a more talented all around backfield then what we are going to witness in Sidman next year. No other great FH back (Beyer, Felix, D. Meier, Mehall) ever had to share touches. They all were One Man wrecking crews.

No doubt FH lost some great lineman, but kids will step up. They always do. That is what makes Forest Hills football great. The beat goes on.

I don't like stepping in here but how did Dave Mehall get involved in this discussion? And I said along time ago that the names change from year to year but the beat goes on. From Billy Matsko, who I thought was the most all around QB, to next year"s qb whoever it is Forest Hills will do just fine.Donbo will come up with something in this his likely last year at FH. And stop comparing player to player,year to year.A good friend of mine "Vince Lombardi" once said "everyone has an opinion and that opinion doesn't make you smart as a player or one who's played the game and think's now that he can COACH someone".

If and when Bailey,who I think is a top shelf coach,does retire I can't wait to see the mad scramble for that position. ANYONE IN MIND FROM THE PRESENT STAFF-HIGH SCHOOL OR MIDDLE SCHOOL?

Opinionguy let me get this straight.. you are trying to put Dudukovich over all those great running backs because he shares carries? That shows me that he's not much better than his competition in my opinion. Not sure where D. Mehall came from? Also while we're on the subject of sharing carries, If Dudukovich is such a great player, and still gets carries taken from Unger.. Why did Dudukovich only take carries his soph year when the starter (Who's name is now forbidden by Opinionguy) was tired or the game was out of reach? Once again I NEVER put the kid down, you all set him up for failure by overhyping him and putting him into categories with Beyer, Felix, Mehall, and Seidel. I stand behind my statement 100%, Nick D. is NOT the type of running back who can perform at a high level behind the line he is going to have next season. You can work as hard as you want, and run as hard as you can, but it's not gonna make up for an inexperienced line. I never put down the kid once again, I guess when I make the statement he won't rush for 1,500 yards I am putting a kid down these days. What are you opinionguy, Dudukovich himself?! Lighten up, before we crown the kid as the next Josh Seidel (All state, 2,000 yards, 40tds, old spice top 50 player in the country).. Let's see how he performs behind a much smaller, less experienced line than FH usually fields along with not much of a passing threat. As far as my skepticism on how the Rangers running game will be next season making me less of a Ranger fan.. are you kidding?! Maybe you are the real fraud here buddy, FH loses 8 starters from that senior class..

It's quite amazing how me saying a kid will not put up the same stats as last season because of a huge loss on the line, and other talented backs in the program turns into me being called a hater and putting a kid down by a few people on this board. Grow up, I never once said the kid was anything less than a dang good football player.. so get your head out of your a*ses, quit crying, and when next seasons over have the balls to admitt again that I was right and you were wrong. It's quite ironic, last season I claimed Dudukovich and Meier would fill Mehall's shoes just fine.. and people cried and b*tched.. was I a Dudukovich hater then? where are those people now?

I am going to go out on a limb and say that OP meant to say Scott Mehall, if not then I do not know what he is referring too.

I agree with you all on the current subject. Although Nick, I believe, runs to straight up and lacks open field vision, he is still a typical FH RB.A true FH fan would now this because dating back around 80% of them were bigger bruising type RB's.

Nick will still get his yards, I am just sayin they may be harder to come by this year because of the line. People underestimate line play in high school footbal. If you do not have a strong line hen you will get nowhere.
