Are we talking about wrestling ability, or entertainment value? Because on entertainment it almost has to be Hogan, but he's nowhere near it in ring skill. Whatever, I'm voting for Bret Hart.
Oh, and I still think Backlund's legacy is kinda tarnished with the whole being squashed by Nash and losing the title at a HOUSE SHOW. I mean, you can at least show the thing...

The crossface chickenwing is one of my favorite submissions of all-time. It's really fun when you do a belly-to-back suplex out of it, while continuing to keep the crossface chickenwing locked on.
