Sichak also kicked a 60 yard field goal in pre-game, which would be the PA record by far.

Ok i get it ya'll are his teammates on Richland and want to hype this kid but at least get your facts straight before you start tapping away with your fingers. That would NOT be the PA record nor by far...The Pennsylvania High School record for a successfully made Field Goal is 64 yards, made by Gerry McGroarty of Bishop Hoban High School in Wilkes-Barre on September 27th 2003.Richland Soccer wrote:Sichak also kicked a 60 yard field goal in pre-game, which would be the PA record by far.
Guess you'll be needing some more of that FIERCE "Richland Wind" to stir up behind him and help him set the record lol.

If this kid gets some muscle to back up his foot he could be a D1 A kicker. No doubt about it.
Re: LHAC Best kickers
From time to time, we've all seen teams try onside kicks and fake field goals when they have had big leads late in the game. The McCroarty kick was quite interesting. With 12 seconds left in the game, Bishop Hoban had a 49-0 lead over Bishop Hafey. Hoban's coach sends McCroarty out onto the field and he proceeds to kick a 64 yard field goal, making the score 52-0. I'll bet the Hafey players and fans just about **** their pants when that happened. Hafey's interim coach Mike Bugda said he didn't think Hoban was trying to run up the score. Any thoughts?
Re: LHAC Best kickers
what is the D6 record, im guessing Domonkus of like 56 or something, dont quite remember?
Re: LHAC Best kickers
Central cambria is also a very windy field as many know. I have seen him kick kickoffs 5 yards deep in the endzone into a heavly wind and out of the endzone with the wind. And yeah anyone can make a 60 yard field goal in warm up with no rush and the wind at their back! CC has had 5 home games and Austin hasnt kicked off the last two games because of an injury and still has more kickoffs for touchbacks. Also was an honorable mention last year as a sophomore not Sichak.
