BBSocceralum - you are just too big of a Berlin fan, which is a good thing. You defend Shade because it was said that they were bad. They are! They know it it is not a secret, not sure how that reddened your backside. Every school has has down years do you actually think they do not know it? I wish Berlin the best but if they have to deal with D7 it will be tough. When I moved back to this area in 2006 Berlin was actually struggling before this wave of athletes. I wish them the best

We played @ Shade the first game of the season and I could see some promise there, now enough to win the WestPac sometime soon or anything i'm not so sure..... Obviously BV was way better of the 2 schools Portage had all kinds of headaches tryin to tackle Manda and if it wasn't for a late 80 yard TD jaunt we probably would have lost.
I don't think BB ment any "harm" by the BV comment just felt that maybe you were being a little harsh on a Shade team that's already not good. Don't worry BB knows that his Berlin squad will have their bodies hog tied if they win D5 and match up with Clariton. I was just looking at Claritons stats and they've only givin up 19 points through 9 games in the WPIAL.......wow lol

I hope we get the chance at D7. A lot of football left to be played. If we get there, it will be a great opportunity for our guys playing the best team in the state. As it looks right now, if you score 2 td's on Clairton you might as well consider it a win.
Green as far as that, they are in the WPIAL Black Hills not in the best conference in the WPIAL. When they play Rochester, Sto-Rox it could be different.
