If you've ever competed on back to back days, then you would understand that your body gets worn down. You can be in great shape, but playing a sport on back to back days takes a toll on your body.

Have to agree that playing back to back is hard.
Alot of teams end up playing back to back at the end of the season during conf. tournys and the ncaa tourney. I feel this is harder to do after such a long season.
Pitt was the better team whether it was 2 points or 20 points. The night before Maryland looked better than Pitt I thought. If Maryland made a few more free throws then it would have been a different ball game.

But when opponents play against each other when each has played on back to back days, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?????? WHAT ADVANTAGE DOES ONE HAVE OVER THE OTHER????? UNLESS THERE'S AN INJURY TO SOMEONE, THERE IS NONE!!!!!!
