Wilson Jet - Penns Manor was not invited to participate in the Bishop McCort 9th grade tournament. The current group of seniors were 41-0 in Jr. high (8th and 9th) and defeated Johnstown twice in the Johnstown YMCA league - the 2nd time for the championship. The current problem (3-4 record) is that only 5 of 16 players from those undefeated teams now participate in Varsity Basketball.

The Burgh is obviously speaking from a biased penns manor perspective. Ymca and summer league results mean nothing. And also returning 5 of 16 players from those teams means nothing. Show me the last 16 man rotation let alone a ten man rotation. Not having DaBella hurts this years Penns Manor team, other than him this is what they had coming into the year. Simple as that. They were successful last year because Holby was a solid player and Jewart gave them size.
