How do you know any of this is factional. i think playing football makes them better wrestlers and basketball players :) :) :)

There's NO doubt that standing around in a huddle prepares basketball players for standing around during a foul shot. Let's take a breather for a minute.

one instance, LaRod Stephens wrestled his whole life and always was small, maybe if he didn't wrestle and bulked up, he would have been more prepared to start Day 1 at Pitt as a freshmen. Just a thought.

Sounds almost like any sport, does it not? I am assuming you think these things don't exist in wrestling, cause it almost sounds like you could be describing football, soccer, tennis, or even pro am ping pong.

Do athletes who run a 4.4 and jump 40 inches do so because they play basketball, or do athletes who run a 4.4 and jump 40 inches play basketball because they do so?

Surely the latter.Basketball is not turning anyone into phenomenal athletes on the football field. Track may be of some value in that manner, but basketball I would say not much.
