One, he was a freshman facing the nations' #1 team(at the time) on just 20% of the practice snaps. And Two, after his first sereis he settled down nicely if I remember right and threw some tds(they were down a bunch when Manuel mercifully got hurt)

still sticking with Alabama-USC. Trojans can still have wins over Oregon,Notre Dame,Stanford/Oregon in Pac 12 Title game. Also UCLA and Notre Dame are looking to be better wins than originally thought. 12-1 USC is still my choice.

Looking at Florida State's schedule, I will be surprised if they do not go undefeated. I will say Alabama vs. Florida State.
