with McCort being out of town, the game should be played at the Point Stadium

They only spent like what, $10,000,000 or so on renovations? The Point only get used like 30 days a year. What a waste of money.

I agree it is somewhat underused. But McCort plays 5 levels of Football games there, plus Baseball,soccer,and UPJ Baseball. One week of AAABA Baseball and the whole regular season.

Also the renovated Point has hosted the Club Baseball World Series, PSAC and WVIAC Baseball tournaments, and State playoff games.


It gets used more than it seems.

The field gets used but the bleachers don't. Only AAABA opening night and McCort HS football.

Those 4 or 5 hundred dollar 50/50's don't speak for much of a crowd at the Point, not to mention the overpriced concessions.
