District V has 5 teams at AA level based on male enrollment at 150 or above with Bedford (255), Chestnut Ridge (210), Everett (204), NBC (151) & Windber (153). Both North Star & Tussey Mountain have 149 male enrollment level for 2013 & 2014 seasons making them A level for the next 2 years.

Cambria Heights renturns eight starters, their DH, and will have nice depth on the bench, with a nice pitching staff and a transfer from BC who is a good player.

North Star that good? And I like Everett for AA. Droz and foor are pretty solid pitchers and hitters. I also think SF and Forbes Road will have good teams.. And CT still has Boyer, are they still good and can defend their title?

Foor might not be able to play for Everett, he's coming of a knee injury...AA will be a three horse race between Everett, Bedford, and Northern Bedford.

North Star is very good. The team that made the state semis last year in AA has almost everyone back. Dropping to A would usually help, but 5-1 and 6-1 play in first round of states, at least I think. That most likely means BM or BG and that is a tough matchup for a first round game.

5-1 usually plays 3-2 in the first round of states.

Agreed...but they should win districts.
