Manfred, you need to get your facts straight and have a clue what u are talking about before you come on here spouting off. As the Claysburg coach i made 0 contacts to any kid from that area. One of my assistant coaches who also coaches one of the cut kids on a AAABA team was contacted by him asking if we had any openings... that coach called me at which time i told him he wasnt allowed to show to our tryouts and if/and only if we didnt have 5 kids show up to our tryouts then he could be contacted and get a release from Bedford and join our roster. We ended up having 7 kids from our zone show up for the 5 openings and they are the kids that we filled our 5 openings with. On top of that i was contacted by the hollidaysburg legion coach who only had 10 kids after his tryouts asking me about available players and i gave him this kids name and told him that he was looking for a place to play. And also to be clear there were 2 contacts made from bedford zoned kids ..one was the one i previously mentioned and the other kids dad contacted my business mananger from the legion who handles all our finances and he was given the same info. about how the process goes. I have no problem getting questioned or criticized for anything that i do but not by some clueless SOB who comes on here spouting off things that are not true. PS i did state that i am the Claysburg coach so there is no mistake in my identity ... Now your turn !!!!!
