Tough to figure out who is where in stat categories, most of the teams don't even enter their stats. The Heritage Conference for example if you look at their stats on maxPreps half the teams put them in and half of them don't. Although, most of the stats on there are far more accurate than what the stringers from the papers post. Most coaches do the stats from their films after their games, which ensures more accuracy than the typical stat girls.
It is tough for newspaper folks to keep track of all the substitutions during a game, so you will see games for example the United vs NC game 4 different receivers caught balls for United, but only two were given credit. One caught one ball, but was credited with three receptions. They also played four QBs in that game, one threw no interceptions but was credited with throwing three by the Indiana paper
