Head coach ejected, 2 asst. coaches led away by police, one was at the school, so he must have been released. Still very wrong to do that to anyone, just the public humiliation for no reason. I sure do hope someone has it on tape, to show windber police was in the wrong here.

CT Fan I have a question for you. Did the police tackle this guy before or after they were giving high fives to each other upon Windber winning the game?

I am not here to say there was not some questionable calls but for a coach to punch a player........ there is no excuse for that . Its a high school football games not a war. Speechless and embarrassed for both team fans. That game should of not continued after the weather delay.

I didn't hear why 2nd coach was arrested, he punched a player? What great role models we set forth for our kids, between crooked officials, biased cops and horrible fans..i'm not sure what to say

The crooked cops were celebrating before the incident with the coach chief.

Ctfan---- I have some great fans friends from Township but we all agree its just not right. We both were speechless over the whole incident. I hope it ends with the score and don't get out of hand. These are High school kids. Neither team will make it past district 5.

First of all, what a great high school football game. CT had a great game plan but gave up some big passes in the first half. If you are from either community and missed the game, you missed a great rivalry game. A coach was taken away by the police for comments to the officials. Shouldn't have happened, adults have to control their emotions and sharing your thoughts on an officials performance after a contest gets you no where. It is like the fan who rides the officials - think it is going to change a call or make the official give you a call in the next game? There was another separate incident where a volunteer coach went above and beyond in acting in appropriately with a Windber player. He was out of line and what he did was uncalled for and there is no excuse for. Unfortunately, a great game is not being discussed and the thoughtless act of a few are being discussed.

LOL Green I have friends up there in Portage and one whose kids play now. But I still get on him about that game.
