Reckless. That's all I have to say about BB's 4th down playcalling. As someone else said, It's going to bite him. I didn't really see a "dominant" performance over Tyrone. If the Quips had a scout there, he was licking his chops. On the other side for this Friday, EVERYONE knew FH was outgunned except FH. The Achilles heel all year was against teams with a couple speed burners. Cunningham is an outstanding athlete, whose over-the-top cockiness kept FH in the game in the first half with his mugging of the FH receivers. Moore is a great talent also, but I see Richland keeping both fairly in check. What else do they have, really? Richland by 15.

As much as ill be pulling for Centroll...Think special teams could be the leading factor in this game especially KO. Giving Richland a short field after each kick could play a vital role in the scoring showdown...Ability to perform when your back is up against the wall is going to be the true measuring stick...Would have to agree about the coaching staff of A.J. and Baker, two classy coaches that are making their mark on the Cove...reason why I have gone from VI to D1

i agree with manfred...cunningham is a heck of a running threat at the quarterback position but on defense forest hills top reciever lit him up.....8 catches in the first half......they moved him to the other side of the field late in the second quarter. against richland there will be nowhere to hide they have big play makers across the board. i think he had 3 interference penalties in the game.centrals running back is a beast...big strong and hard to bring down hes the real deal....also the game is on turf advantage richland....close early but richland turns it on in the second half......richland 48-17

One thing that a coach should ( especially one with true hopes of going deep into the playoffs) would be to prepare your kids for any situation. Onside kicks, two minute drill, ... Going for it on 4th and 20 will prepare his kids mentally for being in that situation later.

I understand what you are saying, but really? I remember a certain former area coach who with his team leading by like 40 some points, in the 4th Qtr., doing an onside kick. Was that the 'right time' to try something that he may have to use down the road maybe in the playoffs? I say no. BB had the overall talent to pull off all these ridiculous 4th down attempts. If he wants to get his players some "live time practice", he should have been punting to put it inside the 20 or 10 yd. lines and had his containment coverage getting their work in.

Not sure if you were at the game or where you got your stats but no receiver for FH had 8 catches in the first half, heck their leading receiver for the entire game had 6 catches for 69 yards. Guess we have different definitions of getting "lit up".
