Wait a minute, I thought football attendance declined as a result of PSU football's new step system implemented a few years ago which mandated donation$ to athletics from football season ticket holders???
It couldn't have been the Paterno/Jer Scandal. Neither of them did anything wrong, it was the fault of the victims, the Second Mile, local police, McQueary, Dranov, Curley, Shultz, Corbett, etc.
