If the Tyrone School Board had any morals whatsoever they would tell their current HC not to worry, the job stays his until he is ready to leave!!!!!!! Barring of course anything that would cause them to replace him even if Franco wasn't available.

Not sure what to make of this since Guthoff and Franco have worked with each other for quite a while over a couple of different stints. Steve is a great guy and I for one was glad to see him have some modest success at Tyrone as head coach. I'm half surprised that there aren't any rumors of them teaming up to lead State College.

You know , people suck. This would be a story in February or March when something could actually happen. There's no big competitors in Altoona that the story has to break before its played out. All this does is force things to happen and cause more stress in good people's lives... Prolong it anyway.

Franco told Altoona people he'd let them know around the first of the year if he's coming back, that makes it a story now.
