Little off topic but, for those who do not know chris. He was Jeremy priester older brother twice the size. Not as fast but stronger.

Cambria Heights alumni - do you want to play again?

I've organized two full-contact, fully-padded high school rules alumni football games with Alumni Football USA at Northern Cambria in 2011 & 2012 (we got snowed out last year). I've been tasked by the company this year to try to recruit CH Alumni to form a team...to play Northern Cambria in an Alumni version of the Coal Bowl.

Since we have had two home games at Northern Cambria, and to entice Cambria Heights alumni to form a team, Alumni Football USA wants the game to be played in Patton. We are actively recruiting CH Alumni to form a team.

Helmets, shoulder pads, and uniforms are provided; you simply must provide your own cleats & mouthpiece and the cost is only $75/player to play. Minimum of 20 players need to form a team and schedule a game. The schedule currently has an opening for Saturday, September 13th. Proceeds from the game will be donated to one or both high school football programs; Northern Cambria raised over $4,000 with our 2012 game against Purchase Line, and this event would be a much larger draw for the area.

If you are interested, please PM me. I am looking for a strong team captain to lead the Alumni Team, recruit other players, and be the main organizer and point of contact.

Here's your chance to put the pads on one more time to prove you've still got it!

I'm not a CH Alumni, but if there are any of you out there who are on the fence about playing...do it. I played in an alumni game last summer between Bedford and Ridge and it was probably the most fun I ever had playing football. It raised money and was a blast to play in.
