With FH at 5, they won't stay there unless they beat Bedford. If they lose, they fall to 7 vs Tyrone.

This is kinda moot. All spots could change depending on week 10. MU is the most likely to stay put at#1. But with all spots in question, I'd bet at least a couple will shuffle. Tyrone , percentage wise, has best chance to drop. Find out in 24 hours. As for matchups. You have to beat the team in front of you. So no real preference for me. Other than hoping since Tyrone and Central played once already, they are in opposite brackets, putting a second meeting, if it were to happen, at Mansion Park.

The Blairsville/Portage positioning is interesting. Blairsville gets 100 + 80 for a win, plus 10 each for wins by PL, HC, and PM for a total of 210. Portage would also get 100 + 80 for beating Berlin, plus are guaranteed 30 points because of head-to-head matchups, also for 210. Are Conemaugh Valley and Ferndale playing? That would be a guaranteed 10 for Portage but no game is listed on Maxpreps. Then it would come down to Marion Center vs. Glendale and Northern Cambria vs. Northern Bedford. If the bottom-feeders are playing, Blairsville would need both Heritage teams to win.

In that case, Blairsville would need four Heritage Conference wins to maintain the tie which they would win. One of those wins is guaranteed (Purchase Line vs. Saltsburg) and another two likely (Penns Manor over Keystone, H-C over Williamsburg).
