Wednesday
Som (9-3, 4-0) @ FH (5-8, 0-5)
If FH could play 4 good Q's, instead of 3,
If FH can avoid a pile of TO's,
If FH can avoid scoring lapses,
If FH can avoid "hot potato syndrome",
then this could be a good game.
If not,....Somerset wins Big.
Lotta "Ifs", but Hope springs eternal.

Aaaaaaaaargh!
FH did accomplish all of the above,....for 4 Q's,....but it went to OT, 72-72....they needed 5 Q's.....
Final 85-76 Somerset, in OT.
Good game.

Who was the Eagle who went down at the end? Looked like a severe high ankle sprain.

I believe it was Barnes. Celebrating the bucket he made w/ 2.4 seconds left.
Looked like the NFL kicker several years ago, that jumped up/down after a FG, until he blew out his knee.
Hopefully its just a sprain.

Friday
FH (5-9, 0-5) @ WH (8-6, 5-4)
Rangers have lost 5 straight and need to stop the bleeding. Hilltoppers have won 3 straight and are playing well. I expect a good game at the end of the drive up Menoher.

Sorry for your disappointment. I chose to stay home and not add to my gastric reflux and blood pressure. I guess when your high scorer for the evening has 7 points, you're not going to win many games. Was it the typical helter-skelter with turnovers? Westy's turning into a LHAC dark horse.

Actually, while there were some TO's, the real story of this game was FH's ice cold shooting in the 1st half. They were approximately 4/25 from the floor in the 1st half, and trailed 27-8.....that's correct,...8 points in 16 min... Thee 2nd half saw them hang w/ WH, but they couldn't overtake them, as WH is a pretty good team, played consistently for 4 Q's.

Maybe Westy was playing with underinflated balls.
