Heard through the grapevine, since I wasn't there, that the Rangers won # 6 against BG Friday night in 'toona. Anyone care to comment as to how, or what led to the win?

BG has lost 8 of their last 9 games and they hold a 7-12 record, it just sounded like a 6 win team beating a 7 win team.

The bottom line for BG is they simply can't shoot the ball. It's almost unbelievable the amount of open shots they miss. They've lost a bunch of close games and are playing 4 sophomores much of the game but it comes back to the fact that they struggle mightily to score. They missed 5-6 wide open lay-ups against FH. Credit to the Rangers for taking advantage. Unless BG improves their ability to make shots (I think in the games I've seen their defense is at least adequate) it will be an early end in the playoffs for the Marauders.

They may be spent from the long back to back seasons (football/basketball) or other factors could be contributing but obviously they are really struggling at this time.
