I remember seeing that game on TV. In those days, there was NOT 25 different games on each and every Saturday. There might have only been about 4 different games on the WHOLE day. When you were on TV, people saw you play that game all over the nation. That day, people got a good look at what JoePa was really like.

Go to 2:31:41 to see Uncle Donnie Guman become the MVP for PSU's 1982 NC team. McCloskey landed with his first foot in Bellwood and dragged his 2nd foot through Warrior's Mark. Thanks Uncle Donnie!

This thread is great. Some really funny stuff. Pitt fans and their inferiority complex. Still obsessed over a guy that's been dead for almost 4 years.

I'm not ignoring this crap, it is way too funny. Provides me with some comic relief.

Honestly, if you ignored everyone with a different viewpoint there wouldn't be any reason to visit this site.

"After giving it more thought and talking it over with Joe..."
Joe didn't know though, right? There was no coverup, right?

First thing on your mind this morning?
Re: Disgrace to the Game
What was the attendance of the Pitt player meet and greet at Heinz field the other day? They have 2 potential Heisman candidates, you would think some excitement would grow around that program.
