Well its my time to chime in.
If Big Ben is still out i think jones earned the start next week, no one can argue that.
Two i think Vick starting was mearly because experience and yes steelers trying NOT to lose. Going .500 was the goal with ben out and vick was the safest choice to do that.
Third, none of us watch the practices during the week so we have 0 idea how Jones and Vick compare at practice. If Jones is really bad during practice it probably explains why it took the steelers so long to trust him.
Fourth, We are 4-2 with big ben hurt most of the season. Defense is bending but not breaking, got a decent field goal kicker now, and our offense is starting to get their playmakers back. When ben comes back i can see a world where the steelers maybe drop 0-2 games the rest of the regular season
