Go see "Jaime" (pronounced "HY-Mee") at Schulman's Shoes in 'Toona Town. He'll give you the shoe priced at "$89.nine-nine for$49.nine-nine."

Anyone who remembers what I'm talking about is rolling on the floor right now.

Seriously, Check on the website for "Eastbay." They always have good prices for track spikes and flats. I'd go with some sor of Nike all-purpose spike.

i got the nike zoom rival md, they were fairly cheap at about $50. I wanted the nike zoom miler, but they didn't have them in stock. They are about $90. The rival md is for 400-1600m, whereas the miler is only for 800-1600. I dunno what to tell you about hurdles. I don't do them. The internet is always a good place to look, plus magazines like eastbay, you better hurry up and get a pair.
