The Johnstown football team is a reflection of Johnstown as a society. I believe a big problem with Johnstown and their football team is that kids come and go. A athlete might be there one yr the next be back in Philadelphia, NY, or Pittsburgh. The coaching as I mentioned in a previous post isn't very good. But what experienced coach would ever take this position? Discipline is a big problem and I don't see that changing with the coaching staff they have.
That just shows how good of a coach that Ryan Durham is.
