Freddy, you also have to take in consideration that some of the AND 1 players dont want the fame of the NBA, they wanna play for the inner cities kids, and put on a show for them, but they all can ball. And Rafer a.k.a. SKip to my Lou, has played for the raptors as well as the bucks

Mr. Freaky, from your lingo, I am starting to think you were raised in the Ghetto. I realize they can PLAY ball but they would leave for the millions. If they could make it in the NBA, they would.
Mr. Hopscotch Jiffy Lou is a good player. I took your advice and looked him up on the net.

Freakshow, please don't kid yourself. The reason all those guys play on that tour is to get their name out and get into the NBA. Have you ever heard any of them talk? They all say that they just want 1 shot to make the league and a summer job on a tour doesn't pay the bills like an NBA contract would.

Mr. Freaky probably just has mad hops and cracked his noggin off the rim.
My guess is that organized bball would be much more fun for these guys if they could score 30 against real competition like they probably do against the 4th graders on the playground. Usually when you win, sports are pretty fun.

Freddy, just cause i wasnt born in bedford county doesn't mean i dont know how to talk properly. And yes, you might be right in most instances about most of the tour players wanting to play in the League, but do you realize how hard it would be to do so, with a streetball backround, very few coaches woudl give them a chance, because they don't think they can actually play ball. But im sure most just love the game...like me, organized or street, its all good

i love the game of basketball. i think organized ball is the best. stretball is fun but a lot of that stuff is useless in organized ball which is why rafer is the only one in the nba. it is good for practicing your fundamentals but i think just dribbling will be good enough. Magic Johnson i doubt did any streetball and he was prolly the best point guard ever, maybe the best dribbler ever. rafet alston might be able to give him a run for his money when it comes to dribling though.

Yo rookie, the whole point of streetball is to have fun and just play. You dont practice "fundamentals" in streetball. Fundamentals are passing, dribbling and shooting, how to set picks, and look for the open man. There is more to streetball, its creativity. "magic" got his nickname because of his passes and how he played the game. If you have ever seen his passes, he actually throws no looks, where he looks at a guy, looks away, and hits the guy on a dime. Those arent fundamentals. Magic is great, but Rafer has a bigger bag of tricks. And like i said before rook, all streetballers have the skills all NBA players have, they all have game...

I don't think Rafer quite has all the jewelry on his fingers that Magic has.
