Well since Blackstone graduated, they didn't seem to have any real good distance runners. Haha, when I was running I can remember some girl in red passed me but I can't remember if she was from Everett or not. (Ridge was the only team tonight at the quad meet that wasn't red.) I do believe she was from Westmont though....if anyone knows, please correct me, lol. Anyways, I'm not positive how they did in their other events.

about richlands boys not coming because being back to back weekends...that is an excuse and nothing more, bedford went to the igloo last saturday, hosting the invite this saturday and goin to ship next saturday, plus a dual meet this coming monday and a tri-meet under the lights on wednesday. theres no reason a team should forgo a meet just because "its too much"

Well that is quite a bit. I can see why they wouldn't want to go to this Bedford Invitational....3 weekends in a row is pushing it, plus their meets during the week, and it's only giving them more of a chance to pull muscles and hurt themselves before Ship and some of the other bigger meets and invites. That's a lot for the Bedford guys too. But hey I guess it helps out in the end...the more you run, the better you'll be.

ok I have a program and here are the schools:
1. Bedford
2. Berlin
3. Chestnut Ridge (girls only)
4. Everett
5. Meyersdale
6. Penn Cambria
7. Penns Mannor
8. Central
9. Claysburg
10. Tussey Mountain
11. McConnellsburg
12. Southern Hunington
13. Bishop McCort (they are on the front page, but I heard they weren't coming this year.)
There is also a school that is abbreviated Wil. Could it stand for Williamsburg? If they even have a track team..

Any final thoughts on how the teams and certain individuals will do tomorrow?
