BC is underrated. There two losses were to Forest Hills in week one, if they played again i would take BC. They also lost to Johnstown, well they got spanked by Johnstown would be better to say. There big victory of the years was against Bishop McCort who beat both FH and Johnstown.
BC has a 1250 yard rusher in Forcilleni who can run with the best of them and a really athletic QB in Takas who is just as capable of a runner as Forcilleni and is an okay passer when needed. They have another quality back in Luke Jensen who really came on towards end of the season. They have good speed on defense but the young CBs do get burnt every once in awhile.
They should role over United by at least 4 scores.

wow, i figured playing in the LH would give them some more points than some of these teams. They better watch out for the huskies. I bet they are loving being the 5 seed(well not loving it, but you know what i mean) and having people doubt them, so they can go out and show people that they are the elite of d6 A .

How good is Bellwoods backfield? Are they good enough to overcome the always stingy LV defense on Friday. Anyone have any predictions of winner and score?

Bellwood has their typical strong hardnose running backs that break a lot of tackles but are not real fast. I think they will be able to run the game and play action LV but I have never seen LV play this year. I am going to go with Bellwood. Two first class coaches going at it here in the first round!
Bellwood 28
Laurel Valley 14

He's probably the 3rd fastest back in 6-A, behind Forcellini and Hoffmaster.
