who are some of the guys in D5 that should do good this season in jav. and shot? Any distances?

Big Bad Bill Dibert of Bedford threw 41'8'' in shot and 118' in discus in the opening meet against Bellwood. I think people should expect some great things from this guy.

I TOTALLY agree.... People do need to WATCH OUT... He'll just get better and better as the year goes on... WATCH OUT!!!

there is also Jeremy Davis in the jav even though he didnt throw that well during the meet on tuesday. During practice he seems pretty strong and ready to have a good season...

Ella Meese is a junior this year. She was District 5 champ in the discus last year as a sophomore, and finished about 20th at states.

Last year in AA, first place was around 136' and 8th place was 119'+.
