What are McCort's chances at getting a 400 relay medal?

I'd say pretty good. They ran a 43.24 at districts which would've gotten them 2nd place last year. According to penntrack.com, they currently have the 13th fastest time in the state in AA and AAA combined.

Bedford and other teams will give them a run.

I think Kanuch will have more problems getting gold in the 100 than the long. I think 23feet is not out of the picture with his speed. As far as the 200 and triple I think both golds. It will be interesting to see how Rachel Gehret does in the the high, long, triple and 200 at states. She has some very tough girls to go against. She could go 40 in the triple and 19 in the long and 5'8 in the highjump and not get a gold.It will be a dog fight in AAA girls. What a pleasure it will be watching them battle it out.

The 100 should be a great race between Kanuch and Aliquippa's Tommie Campbell.

I don't know how many Philly schools are AA, but I would guess that most will be competing at the AAA level. Am I wrong?

jolly green, you are correct...most of the philly schools dominate in the AAA category, rather than AA
