Pirates vs. Yankees

Shef was out at first on the double play. The Pirates should have had the game 5-4. That was a crap call...

Going to the game last night was awesome though. Their fans act like it is a football game with all the cheers and yells...that was pretty sweet. The stadium does have a good bit of outfield seats that are seats where you can't see the whole field though. I had no clue if Posada's ninth inning shot went out of the park or was caught.

Well Juicy if u were listening to the announcers you would have heard them say "wow that was a nice pitch but u could use one hand to count the number of times he uses the curve"....yes it was a nice pitch i kind of wish he would have hit Rod with it haha but he thinks....ppl cant hit my curve so maybe i will throw my fastball which ppl can hit upper deck......i mean think about it

who the heck would drive all the way to new york from the cove to sit in the bleacher seats...in the bronx there is a scalper on every corner...and yea, usually those tickets are real, just have to know where to look...we sit directly behind home plate from scalper tickets all the time...to bad the buccos lost again

It must be nice to root for a team that has 0 weakness's in the line-up and still only be 2 wins better than the buccos...

Well the Bucs get swept, I was pretty dissapointed with Ollie's performance and of course the Bucs couldn't get anything going off the unit except for Restovich's homer.

Hopefully we can turn it around and pick up some games against the BoSox. I hate the BoSox.

yea...go bucs...beat the heck out of the bosox...its very nice hearing someone say that they hate the red sox, instead of everyone always hating the yankees. last night at the game i sat beside a guy with an altoona curve jersey...it was a pretty sweet reminder of home.

I think the Yankees are so hated because they have the biggest payroll (by far) of any baseball team. They spend almost twice as much money on their payroll as the second place team, so they can afford to put together a who's who in major league baseball. And me, well, I am disappointed that they swept the Pirates, as not only do I like the Buccos, but I hate the Yanks and love to see them struggle.

i hate any team that plays the pirates that beat them......i still cant hate the Sox as much as the others b/c i loved them beating the yankees for 4 straight games that was just pure greatness dont u agree juniatalax07
