I'm so glad that Lincoln was a Republican and not a democrat otherwise we'd still have slavery. I guess that after 25,000 casulties at the victory of Gettysburg Lincoln should have quit the civil war.
Guess after 10,000 casulties on D-Day we should have packed it up and left Normandy and allowed the Third Reich to survive.
BTW, Roosevelt was a very good wartime democrat president. What happened to the patriotic democrats who 60 years ago had the guts to destroy facism?

Care to explain your thoughts on that?
You see, this is typical of the liberals. Scream as much venom as they can, but offer no solutions. Sit back and criticize every single move the Bush administration makes, but don't offer any thoughts on how they would do it differently.
Please, tell us, how are those situations that vastly different from the threat of Muslim extremism? What is so vastly different from Hitler or Mussolini compared to Hussein or the Taliban? Look at the big picture.
