McCort needs to throw more? They throw enough, thank you. Anyone remember the Arcurio to Regula combo? That's the only way they beat us twice I believe. To hear all the hype, BM ALWAYS has THE BEST QB in the area. But they've always had the BEST RB's, too, so which way do you want Salem to go? Maybe if BM sacks Salem, They'll bring Sponsky to BM, much like they did with Hollern and Pfeil. Guess that's one way to go. If you can't beat Carroll, "recruit" their coaches!

I agree with user on this point. I would rather have a team competing for the district championship each year than winning an LHAC trophy, which in the end doesn't get you anything.

I would rather win a d6 title as well, but that is because you get to advance to the state playoffs and play at Mansion park...which is the dream of most high school athletes around the area.

If you think about it though...a LHAC title is just as impressive as a D6 title, if not more...especially if you go undefeated in the LHAC.

All the powerhouse teams in D6 are in the LHAC...except for the best team (Tyrone). In the playoffs you only have to win 3 games to be champion. In the LHAC...you usually have to win at least 8, sometimes 9 wins over a nine week stretch. That is a long time to keep focus. That is beating a lot of good teams...more then 3 at least.

That's better than being the 8th loser like Bedford has been. At least McCort had a shot at the title.

wanna compare bedfords trophy case to mccorts? last time i checked the only thing 2nd place got was a long busride home.

I guess the Everett comment was directed at me. I am a BHS grad and as big a Bison fan as any of you. But I try to be reasonable in my comments, and until they at least get to the district championship game they don't have much to talk about. All those LHAC trophies are nice, but they mean little.
