Gunner is that you? Good job Brother. Ask me what I think of the french, Piss on the french. I think that it would be safice to send in a handful of ROTC cadets. This is the sorry a-- french we're talking about.
WhenI was in Germany, french military would come onto the base and oh how they thought they were something. They should have stopped at the gate and kissed our feet or a--. Yeah Brother I like the French too. Go Bush...

President Bush should send John Kerry over to remind the French how wonderful France actually is. Hopefully John Kerry will decide to stay

I like the John Kerry suggestion. Kerry would vote for a French bailout before he voted against it. I actually voted for Kerry, before I voted against him.
Hell, send Ted Kennedy too!

Rush used torefer to JF Kerry as "the French-looking" John F. Kerry. I think he adopted the middle initial F because he thought he was the second coming of the real JFK. Too bad JFK's bro, "Chappaquiddick Fats",doesn't go to Gay Paree!

This is too funny.....not the part about the French, the part about John Kerry. Kerry has more military experience than the whole Bush administration combined. How can someone with absolutely no military experience (Rush Limbaugh) criticize someone who won silver and bronze stars? I suppose someone in favor of putting drug users behind bars and then uses drugs himself is capable of hypocrisy on any subject.

wanna know whats funny? kerry's "own" men in 'nam dont even support him, they tell his military record for what it is. A JOKE. i have the upmost respect for every person that ever put on the uniform of the United States, EXCEPT that man. i garuantee you that if he got elected, the number of enlisting and re-enlisting troops would drop drammatically.

Kerry put on a uniform, didn't run from the war like so many others of that era, served in combat, won the bronze and silver star and a purple heart. According to some, he wasn't the ideal soldier, but he was there and was decorated. Where were our current leaders at that time?
Bush was playing the "fortunate son" card and served "most" of his time in the national guard. That's almost the same as the marines, right? I'll bet that air strip in Mississippi was every bit as fierce as Vietname.
Cheney knew the deferment laws very well. He graduated from college and was up for the draft. He got married immediately after college and was no longer eligible. Then the rules changed. It wasn't enough to be married, you had to have kids as well. Just over 9 months after that law took place, his daughter was born.
Rumsfeld....a flight instructor between Korea and Vietnam.
Rove, Libby....never served
Limbaugh....never served.....after dropping out of college, he became medically exempt for a pilonidal cyst (essentially a butt boil....you can look it up to see how serious it is). I wonder what you would think of a guy in your unit who got out of service because of a butt boil?
Colin Powell was the only guy Bush's inner circle that had any legitimate military experience.....and they basically ran him out. You can't have a guy around talking about the realities of war when you are trying to fight one!

AP. Paris France
The French government has just raised the threat level on the French Homeland security scale from "Run" to "Hide".
