don't worry about joe pa doing that... just worry about wannstedt doing that when he plays ohio again....

Wanny was scared of those tundersticks they passed out before the game. They interupted his ability to run his highly complex defense. It was very similar to that very cold evening in Morgantown last fall that interupted his ability to hold WVU to under 400 yards of rushing.

I think any coach admitted to the Hall of Fame while still coaching should have to make his tax returns public. After all, what if a guy like Paterno has "Gambling winnings" on his return. Shouldn't the Hall of Fame committie know this in advance? Shouldn't they question where these "winnings" came from? Gonna look bad if something like this comes out AFTER he is admitted and STILL coaching. I say get those tax returns out in the open for all to see. We don't need a coach in the Hall with a questionable reputation, do we?

What a big bawl baby!!! Mark Harrington of FightOnState.com, who had a hissy fit because Bostick was rated a 5 star QB and Devlin was rated on 4 stars, is crying another river tonight. On FightOnState Blog, he has written another column titled "In On His Own" about the induction of Joe Paterno into the College Football Hall of Fame. Seems he thinks it's totally unfair that JoePa isn't inducted BY HIMSELF!!! He says, "Now I am not trying to take anything away from Bobby Bowden. However, even if you set aside his controversial first 31 wins at Samford, which have provided him with the title of 'All-time winningest coach' in the NCAA's eyes, it still does not seem right that Paterno should have to share the spotlight with another coach. Paterno should enter the Hall alone"...... Isn't it good enough that the Hall of Fame changed it's rules in order to make a coach like Paterno eligible? Isn't it good enough that every other coach who ever entered the Hall up to now had to be retired? NOOOOO!!! Harrington thinks that Paterno is SPECIAL. Even like he did with Bostick's credentials, he tried to pooh-pooh Bowden's early career wins at Samford . Isn't it good enough for him that the NCAA recognizes those wins? This guy is ONE BIG BAWL BABY!!! If things don't favor Penn State athletics, he's crying. Boo Hoo.

If I go down here to the Catholic church, am I gonna hear about how the Buddhists are doing a nice job getting people to believe in their faith? There's just as many idiots (Chico Harlan) talking ill of Penn State as there is PSU people about other schools. Enough already. Consider the source.
