I beg to disagree with you Asante Samuel. PSU is cold but it doesn't snow that often. Everytime I drive through UPJ I get a layer of salt crust on my car because they lay a sheet down nightly. And I feel like i'm driving on a gravel road with the amount of cinders on the bypass...
No comparison, Johnstown has the worst weather of anywhere in central PA.

There are a lot of college campuses that are actually dry. Most parties at schools occur off campus.
UPJ is doing the right thing for the well being of their students.
