WH had 3 fouls each half....1st half I believe was 12 -3.....and you are right, with about 1:20 in game to go BM did foul 4/5 times in obvious effort to stop clock/put WH on line & attempt to score quickly.....proir to BM doing so, the fouls again were 12-3?? And how about the intentional foul call?which obviously gave WH 2 & the ball???

Actually...I think it's in reference to a school saying that'd rather have a good football team rather than a good basketball team.

If my memory serves me right, Westmont held an 8 point lead with around 3:30 left in the game. My buddy looked up at the scoreboard and McCort had 5 team fouls and he commented that "McCort may want to foul a few times to get Westy into the bonus."

So McCort had at least 5 fouls in the last 3:30 in order to stop the clock.

Actually i think it was a reference to the fact that McCort's aggregate score vs WH in fb last 3 yrs is like 189 - 6!

Not want a good BB team?? I think McCort won Dist. 6 Championship in '05, won LH in '06 & played Dist Championship game (actually led in 2nd half, till M. Varga hurt knee) & this yr. lost big man M Cruz & 'you all' screwed A. Wadley......BM would be rolling again this yr with those 2 & would murder WH inside with those 2!!! As it is they have overachieved & played with outright tenacity & toughnessto reach the record they've built to date.

McCort did win the District and LHAC in 2005. Johnstown won the league last year while going undefeated.

good student section but one thing with that is to come back with the football chant westmont responded with the ever popular girls tennis and swimming chants!!!


The fouls were lobsided and nobody can argue that but this game tells me that McCort is closing the gap on Westmont and the playoffs will be fun again this year

McCort isn't closing the gap. They played over their heads in the first half, but you saw what happened when Roman got his troops together at half time. That is why he is the best coach in this area. He made the adjustments and McCort had no answer. If they play a fourth time look for another blowout.

True. Except for the "you all" comment...which has been discussed.

If McCort had just Cruz...that'd be at another level for sure.

its hard to beat a team three times in a year, let alone kill them all three times. mccort isn't closing the gap. they still aren't anywhere near the team that westmont is.

and the tennis and swimming chants were jokes, tard. we know people don't care about those sports. the best part is, other schools seem to think we care about football. fact is tennis and swimming probably have the same amount of fans in our school as football does.

Anybody else find that last statement to be rather "pathetic"?
