It is February so the interviews will be soon. Since it appears there will be no teaching or other positions open in the school now, I am guessing this will be offered to a teacher in the school already or someone that is out of the school system but willing to only be a coach while having a job elsewhere.

Nas, if (most likely) there is nothing open in the school. Would you work elsewhere and just coach if you got hired? With your degree in sports management (a business major in a way) and your dad's position at the paper mill, do you think you could coach Central and maybe get a good job at the Mill? just a thought to add something to see where and why someone outside the system could still be hired...! Bringing Joe Sr. on board would add a lot to the system and your chances as well...

Yes I would find another job if nothing was for me in the school system. I have many connections that I already contacted about positions that would allow me to be around the student-athletes as much as I want. I just love coaching and all aspects of the game!!

I hope for the team's sake that the decision is made soon. The longer it is drawn out the harder the transition is and that puts more pressure on the new coach who ever it is.
