LOL.

See you Bedfordrunners can't even get along with each other. One big happy family.

But you are right whoever said earlier. The 06 game was dominated by the CR line.

jk Lefteye

And mad respect to the Bedford team of 06 BisonBlue07. That was a hard fought game, no one really deserved to lose.

I think the 06 game if played 10 times is probably 5 & 5. It was pretty even.

Westwood was living in the Bedford school district.

I do apologize for the worst in Bedford history BB07. I guess I lump that team a little to closely with last years. There were some ball players on the 06 team. I think Feaster still is worth a couple of games though.

old school CLOWN needs a lesson on present, past, and future. he busts my chops for bringing up CR overall record vs. Bedford (2-19-1) as being in the 'past' but he insists that CR's 2-0 record VS. Bedford is 'present'.
Only a stump jumpin, bible beatin, peanut hiller would consider a win from one year ago and 2 years ago as "present"
Good one old school CLOWN!

I agree with you, and wasn't really looking for an apology. Just was trying to make it obvious that many factors went into that team that didn't have to deal with the players...like the poor coaching, which i know it probably seems like im beating a dead horse, but it's the truth. Swaim's mindset for coaching just does not fit the highschool game. Yeah he had an undefeated season and what not...look at the talent on that team, but back to the topic of discussion. As it was said way earlier in the posts, it is very childish and shallow the the ridge school board to open all positions if they wanted to get rid of wilkins, just fire the man if you're going to do it because everyone knew exactly what was going to happen anyhow. People in our area don't make sense...I can't believe the bedford school board thought about hiring bill creps! we must need some new minds on the school boards or something. I know bedford's could use some fresh faces, maybe that's a thought for ridge as well...

I will admit i think Wilkins was mistreated and the school board let their powerful political positions to make this all happen how they wanted it to. Wilkins was dealt a bad hand with some of the problems on the team (which I will not go into) he did the best in his power to make the problem be in the past remember he is only human. I will let Mr. Shoemaker prove himself but I can see the team still with problems (I mean it is a football team and they all have problems) and the parents who always got in the middle of it should start practicing staying out because Mr. Max won’t put up with the &*%^ . Maybe Shoemaker gets out after one year and this all back fires in the school board’s face and they hire some random guy on west Pit Street to coach. I hope I see the school board be more involved in the sports at ridge. if they did all this work to get rid of ONE guy then they should really look into each and every sport because its not just football.

btw
BisonBlue i agree about new faces.nice post

Anyone with half a brain would consider wins from the past two seasons present and the record from a series that hasn't occurred for around 10 years post 2006 past. Do I need to look up the definitions of the words present and past for you on Wordnet? They should really bar high school drop outs from taking the GED.

and also feaster is deffinately worth a couple of games, he was one heck of a ball player, but you cant say without him they wouldnt of been good, i feel myself the addition of westwood to that team at quarterback was the key ingredient to that team of 06, without westwood, they wouldnt of been able to do as many things....but feaster was deffinately a game changer....mr yuk, i like you...

Coach Shoemaker is a good coach. His record proofs it. How many years of coaching does he have left until he retires? Some of the thoughts in this topic state is going to take years to change the Ridge program around...
