He is going to be a Sophmore this year. He is probably around 5 ft 11- 6 ft. about 265-275lbs. But I know for Summer lifting/conditioning he benched 300, squated 405 and dead lifted 425.

Wow that's extremely impressive. Could see varsity time, and another question who are the skilled players for Tyrone going to be? I know they lost a lot from last years d6 title team

Nick Leamer So. Bishop Guilfoyle 6'1 310, benches 255x5.
Dan Terek Sr. Penn Cambria 6'2 285, benches 225x13.
Dakota Leamer Sr. Bishop Guilfoyle 6'1 220 benches 245x9.
Zach Coyler Sr. Bishop Guilfoyle 5'11 255 benches 275x5.
Logan McGeary 6'2 320 benches 255x4.
Nate Eckard from Hollidaysburg is big and strong, Gavlak from FH, Sikora from CC, Leazier from Somerset, Albright from Cambria Heights, Livermore from Altoona had the most reps of 225 at the whole Bald Eagle combine (16). I'm sure Miller and Brumbaugh are also strong too from Central along with Bonsell, Reader, Pannebaker, and Railing from Tyrone.

I heard rumors that Thomas from central is strong. I heard he benches 325 Squats 450 and deadlifts 465, but those are just rumors.

I could believe that. He started at Central as a So. and is about 6'2 270

I saw him around lately and he looked like he put on a good bit of size since last year.
