It shouldnt be up to the piaa. It should be handled at the schoool and coach level! They watch film and they can see everything.

Also the words mature and roger beitel are antonyms

I believe it needs to be directly handled by a governing body (PIAA) in a consistent manner to avoid any subjectivity.

This needs to be handled below the PIAA level.  The Penns Manor Head coach, AD or principal should handle it since it was missed by the game officials.  Does the Heritage Conference have a governing body?

Every school has different policies, rules, etc... why not just make one that is consistent for every school in the state? So who gets to make this call? The AD? The principal? The Coach? The Board? Subjectivity at its best. Who’s to say they all don’t have different opinions? If a policy is in place it should and can be followed. However I’d be willing to bet a large number of schools don’t have anything in place that’s why I believe the PIAA should. I do not believe the heritage conference has anything that could enforce rules or develop policy. Unfortunately we live in an age of appeals and loopholes it needs to come from the top. This won’t be the first or last time something like this is going to happen, it should all be handled in the same way.

There’s too many high schools in PA to have the PIAA overseeing individual game discipline.

Wayne Wade was punished for something that occurred after the game was over by the PIAA, no reason that they couldn't handle this on camera incident too.

However when Sharon and Hickory decide to turn their game into WrestleMania, the schools themselves handed out the punishment.

Wade was disciplined for his actions in a state championship game, right? It didn’t happen during a week ten matchup against South Shamokin
