To me, Central is positioning themselves as the "favorites" in AA; Bear with me, IV BEATS Dubois . Dubois gave Clearfield their only loss. Didn't Central ring up 40 on IV ? If Central was in the LHAC this year how do you think they would do?

Very happy to ee Central on top of a conference in football. It is really hard to gauge for me how they would do in the LHAC because I do not follow any of the teams they play. Looks like they haven;t played anyone that good only Bellefonte hasa winnning record and that is just at 3-2 out of the teams they beat so far. The last three games for them are going to be TOUGH it looks like. Definately looks like they can get into the D6 AA at three even if they lose to all three of them. It depends on how the points system pans out though. PC and CC are four and five right now with two losses a piece but both have to play FH still. They might both still have to play BM to. Either way it is going t come down to how they do in the last three games. The way I seen it if they lose one of the three and beat Tryone they get second. But if they loe one and it is to Trone they will get third. If they lose two third def. and if they lose three they could drop to 6th possible or 4th or 5th.

Central in the LH wouldnt be close to undefeated right now. They would be very competitive, but not dominating!

Everyone does aot better after they run from the LH, Ridge is doing well, Ligonier is cruising in the Hertiage, and now Central is doing much better. Did they ever have a good year in the LH?

That's totally unfair towards this years Central squad. That school was getting pasted weekly in the Big 8/MAC when they left, and nothing changed in the LHAC. This years' Dragon team wasn't on the field for any of that( with a few exceptions for last years underclassmen)... they should be judged on this years' body of work! The last 3 games will test them and help ready them for the playoffs; you just better hope an LHAC team that may have to face them in November doesn't look at them in the same light.....or the Dragons will be the ones practicing the following Monday and not the ones turning in equipment and breaking out the B-balls.

Agreed Eagle. Runk would probably one of the top three or four players in the LHAC this year, and the kid is just a sophomore. Central's main players this year are still very young. If they were still in the LHAC I honestly think they would probably win the league once in the next two years (09-10).

No way, shape or form would they win the LH.... Not with McCort, Carroll, Forest Hills, etc.

Dude they would beat Carroll this year. Very doubful they would beat McCort or FH this year.

My guess is that southpaw wr hasn't seen Central play this year. I saw them play a game and I'd probably say they would be 3rd best in the LH this year behind FH and BM. If you haven't seen them play this year then you can't really judge. People just assume since they werent good before that they still arent. It will be interesting come playoff time when some of our teams actually play Central on the field...
