It all started with JoePa costing his own school $10,000 because he didn't want to talk to the media.

Yeah the library we have up at University Park probably didnt cost Paterno more than $10,000 did it. Joe Paterno didnt build a program that brings the University in millions a year did he? Your right, Paterno is just out blowing the University's money. I even pay tuition and I frankly dont care. If you can ever pass the entrance exams for a community college you will realize how little $10,000 is in the scheme of things for college spending.

After you learn how to use commas, then you can question my intelligence. I'm not saying it hurt the University as far as money goes. I am saying that looks poor on the University because they were chosen to play in a big time Bowl Game and their coach disrespected it. He did it before the game and his team did it during the game.

I heard jokepa did not want to distract from his team, by going to mid field and meeting USC's coach before the game. If you ask me, by him being such an old, cranky, s.o.b and not going to mid field (or not going into the locker room at the half) is more of a distraction to the team and putting more attention on himself.

And yes that $10,000 is a drop in the bucket for jokepa and psu but for someone who "does it the right way" it is a little shocking to see him break the rules.
