It appears that the conference is a 4 team show this year with Richland, Johnstown, FH, and McCort. Maybe we should wait until McCort plays Johnstown and Richland before we dub them "state title run" ready.

shouldn't your post read something like this
its hard to recruit players like Schrey, Reynolds and McAney
Too bad they all graduated from parochial schools.

Opinionguy havent seen you in ages....but they dont have to play Forest Hills this year. But the next 2 weeks will show a lot about McCort.

...but you have to and do recruit to complete your roster in a high percentage of other situations. One faithful to the Crimson just made a big admission to something.

Admission? I disagree. I think you're taking the word "recruit" and misunderstanding/twisting the context. Crimson correct me if I'm wrong, but I took it as, "why would you need to convince kids that go to catholic school to keep going to catholic school?"

Westmont on the 9th Crimson? Really? Not worried about them.

I've had Richland at McCort circled for a while with anticipation. From the looks of the Tribune article, Johnstown absolutely dominated the first half, but only came up with only 6 points. Don't agree with the call at the end by Marabito, but whatever. Gutsy nonetheless. Anyway, my questions are: How will Richland's line match up with McCort's, and will Ramirez's passing be a game changer? McCort had 15 penalties for 125 yards against BC. Yikes. Can't do that against the Rams.

I should have just said they don't recruit. It was 4 in the morning, cut me some slack. And I don't sleep, so don't worry about me

I think we'll find out how much of a shot Bellwood or Portage would have against these guys this week. I think either of those teams would be able to give Richland a good game, so I want to see what the Rams are able to do this week. Honestly... I think Portage or Bellwood would be a great game against Richland. Just my opinion, we'll see what happens, but it is something to think about here at midseason.

I have yet to see it this year, but if the Richland passing attack is anything like its been the past few years I doubt Portage could stop it.
