I am sure McCort and Portage will be able to have a team, with all the support and pride they show on here. What a great idea giving all the money to toys for tots and getting all the local teams involved. Is this invitation open to Altoona, Tyrone, etc? Have you notified the paper or local radio stations to get some advertisement and press. Keep up the good work and best of luck

I am trying to get in contact with everyone that i used to play against from different schools that i still have numbers for. As soon as i can get as many teams that will commit to me then i will start letting the paper, atlantic broadband, etc. know about the game and what it is for. I believe what we are going to do is charge $400 per team. First place gets their entry fee back the rest of the money goes to Toys for Tots. Also we are planning to charge 3 dollars to get into the game and all the proceeds from that goes to Toys for Tots. The concession stand we plan on giving that money to the boosters of whichever school we hold this event either it be Jtown or Richland. Any other questions feel free to give me a call. Thank you.

I would say make it 11 on 11, straight up. Anymore teams step up, I am sure you will be getting the McCorts, Portages soon enough.

As expected, there isnt much interest. The obvious districts are interested, FH, NS and Jtown, we can get a team from Richland for sure. Everyone seems to be scared of FH and Jtown, they keep asking if these teams are in. Unreal respect I guess, we just ran our annual alumni bowl here at Richland and had 4 solid teams of past alumni. We wouldnt be able to touch FH or Jtown, but have no problem trying. This would be a great time and benefits a local charity. I know we had fun at ours and everyone cant wait till next year, I think this could even be much bigger and better.

Call me asap if interested,
