el moldo how many times has a big east team finished undefeated in conference play? i think that you also can afford to have a loss or two in the big east also.

I don't know what you are eluding to? deliverance mentioned that Uconn lost to Michigan. All I was saying was, that even if Uconn was in the Big Ten, they would lose also from time to time. NO ONE goes undefeated in their conference. So the Uconn loss to Michigan would be incidental if both were in the same conference. More than likely, they would play again at Uconn, and look what the home field advantage did for Uconn vs Texas today.

After today's defeat of Penn State in overtime, Wisconsin has improved to 51-0 against UNRANKED Big Ten opponents at the Kohl Center under head coach Bo Ryan. Gee, that just about includes most of the teams in the conference, doesn't it?

The Big Ten has had more teams in the Final Four in the last five years than any other conference...INCLUDING the beloved Big East.

So what? Using the number of final four appearances to rate a conference is like the Big Ten ranking their conference higher than other conferences in football because they won CERTAIN bowl games. Doesn't wash. Sorry.

I never said the B10 was better than the BE in basketball, I said the opposite.
All I am saying is that this season the B10 is better than before, and that's a good sign.
