Looking good in shorts is one thing, being a dominant lineman with the helmet strapped up is a different.

Saw BC play Westmont and doubt there will be much footage from that game on his highlight film.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen him in other games.

Saint francis = good education
but as far as football goes, difficult to be impressed.

looking forward to hearing for the next four years that Lucas has the most blocks in the NEC and how is going to be drafted.

I've kept my mouth shut about the kid, but since he's committed I'll come out with it. He never impressed me much, and was an average, at best, highschool lineman. Sure he can go and do well in combine drills.. But guess what? In college, they don't do combine drills, they play football. I think he'll struggle to see the field even in his 4 years at SFU. Of course, I had the same feelings about Steve Greene who now plays at UConn. 2 big kids who did well in combines, but didn't do much of anything to impress me on the field.

Are any of you guys playing or have played college football? are you a coach of any organized football team? unless you guys know what you are talking about or have actually experienced the game of college football then shut your month and congratulate the kid. he worked for three yours to do something in his football career and he did.

If you would have been a part of this board, you would've known a lot of my posts are about highschool players translating into college. The numerous questions of "How can that kid go D1 but this kid can't when he had more yards".. My career is in college football, and we'll leave it at that.

Just some more info on the State College combine numbers... Someone mentioned that the SC combine numbers are legit. They are not.
