Alright. Here's the poop about PSU and the NIT. Right now PSU is 6-2. They play 29 games. To be eligible for the NIT, you can't have a losing record. THUS, PSU has to go 15-14 to be eligible. This would allow for a 1st round loss in the Big Ten Tournament and STILL be eligible at 15-15. SO....all they have to do is win 9 out of their last 21 games. Can they do it?????

that would make them eligible, do they have the body of work? Lehigh and St. Joes are their best wins....
I'd take a 12-18 South Florida team over the Lions.

How much interest is there in Penn State basketball? Well, PSU lost to Virginia Tech on Sunday in a game that started at noon, and here it is, about 12:20AM on Thursday morning and still NO mention of the game on BlueWhiteIllustrated. Of course, there WAS mention of Belton decommitting to Pitt in football.

Yes, bc PSU is on the trail of Belton.
Wrestling team is doing great and theres no posts on that either. Women's BB team s also doing well.

Its western PA, its all about football. When the season is over everyone will be talking about next years teams. Thats just the way it is.

Who running the B-ball program at PSU? Why isn't there much interest? Here's a reason. Next Tuesday, December 21st, is the last non-conference game for PSU at home against Maine. The game is scheduled for.....FIVE PM, Eastern Standard Time!!!!!! Is PSU trying to break the record for the least attended men's basketball game EVER played in the BJC??????

Looking for something to do this week? Latch onto a Penn State basketball season ticket holder, if you can find one. Penn State is giving PSU season tickets holders TWO free tickets for their friends. But with friends like that, who needs enemies.

It was announced today that Talor Battle is a candidate for the Bob Cousy Award, given annually to the best point guard in the nation. The only problem is.....THERE ARE SIXTY-TWO CANDIDATES!!!!!! Gee, why so few?
