Why is that unthinkable? Gibbons is a tad overrated

I highly doubt that's where he's going. He has a bunch of D3 schools looking at him.

You should go watch some of penn highlands games before you knock who they play because alot of top d-1/d-2 players have to go to these colleges to get their grades up, and then go big. These boys can play at that level. Loya had devin richardson, who went on to a college in va., and he has a guy from virginia who is ten times better than any player in this area and ave about 26 a game, and had tyler smith who had about 400 points and ave. about 18 a game. Joel kaminsky was also a player on it. If they didn't lose richardson and would have had a couple more studs like the 4 mentioned above, they would have won more games. They did make the playoffs and lost, but not bad for loya and his first year ever in the league. He is recruiting harder and better, and it hurts when they can't give money to scholarships for recruits as alot of the other teams can give them out to players. They play some nice colleges with some outstanding shooters and dunkers. Kids this year flunked out and didn't show leaving them with marty, smith, and kaminsky as regular starters, and they had to start 2 kids that were originally just bodies, and losing richardson hurt them! They played some games with 5 guys and college hoops is alot faster than high school with no t.v. timeouts!! They were in most games, but tired out and lost alot of them in the 2nd half. Good experience though!!!

Altoona Mirror Classic final (boys): Central Pa. 127, Blair 103. Something like that. C. Pa. MVP Craig Ciranni Homer Center. Blair MVP Jordan Swauger, Hollidaysburg. Ciranni was a good choice, but I personally rate assists more than rebounds, and scoring wise, Ciranni and Gallaher were about even, with LG having at least 10-12 assists, and at least that many attempted assists that their recipients couldn't finish off. LG had one of his , if not THE, most productive all around games he had all year. Started the game with a long trey, ended it with a 2 handed breakaway jam. Good games from Malzi, Fleegle, Norris, Montminy, Chamberlain. Hollidaysburg had 4 guys, all had decent games, Swauger, Kiefer, Redfoot, and Rhodes. Same for Templeton, Nick Fay, Brian Leap. Just a little less talent than Central Pa. Fun game to watch. Paint me sexist if you want, but I don't recall much about the girls' game. Read it in the Mirror.
