When did anyone ever wonder this?

Notice the intellectual discussion between Crimson's Ghost and myself at the beginning of this thread. Then look at the absolute nonsense you posted. If you can't see the difference I can't help you.

Just got out last Thursday's Legends of the Fall in the Tribune sports page to compare Simon with Cooper. There were NO McCort stats mentioned except for interceptions. None for rushing, receiving, passing or scoring.

You are so quick to cut on someone for giving their opinion. That's all I did. I apologize if you feel it did not measure up to yours intellectually. I happened to add a personal observation made from actually sitting at some games. But really, your inability to get back on topic is pretty petty. If I am not to post observations and thoughts, then I have really misunderstood what this board was about. AND yes, people were wondering all last week why no one was posting anything regarding local matchups....and this is exactly why. So back on topic please.

Moldy, stats have been running late for McCort...I noticed, too. They are up to date on Maxpreps if you want to look....

I agree, sportsfan....never meant to make an attack on anyone, but some took it the wrong way.....and for that I have apologized.

Tide, of course you can point it out, nobody is criticizing you for speaking your mind. I'll talk football whenever, speak up and say your mind.

It may have been a slight an exaggeration to make a point, but did you see the second half of that game? The passing I witnessed did not deserve to be praised with things like "best arm". As a McCort alumni, it was painful. I just want to give credit where it is due and Simon is -by far- the better QB in passing and running, no question. I won't let where I am from shade the truth.

If you really were a Mccort alum you wouldn't be saying that about the kid. You also wouldnt say you were an alum every post you make. Cooper has a very nice arm. He also has big game experience playing in front of 6000+ people albeit in baseball.

Again, turning it back on someone that's making a post. I most certainly am an alum, which is exactly why I was at the game vs. Richland. But I am not exactly why it is important where I went to school. I saw what I saw at that game, and that is what I based my opinion on. Not someone's stats, not someone's potential, an actual eye-witness account. I was under the impression it was okay to offer opinions but you seem to be having a big problem with mine. Again, can we keep this on topic instead of trying to disect someone's motivation. I went to McCort and I saw Cooper play and I posted my opinion.
